Aslana is a bubbly merfolk woman. She has fair skin and delicate features, and light blue hair pulled into a long braid, gently slicked back by water. She wears a flowing top and has a beautiful mermaid's tail covered in blue scales. She is constant swimming. Usually, she carries a harp that she uses to calm her sisters down or to hypnotize unlucky sailors who travel too close to the island she lives on; Desire Island.
In Episode 87: Swimming in Circles she can now have human legs for a certain amount of time. She has sepia colored skin. She has blue ribbons wrapped around her legs and has a translucent cloth that was her top in the water that extends down and wraps around her wrists and flows behind her.

Background/History[]
She is one of three sisters born to the kind ruler of Desire Island, a strong man named Alveros who had died before the Albatrio's capture and arrival on Desire Island. Presumably, she is the youngest of her siblings. Her two other sisters are called Maria and Satasha, and she is considered the most merciful of them, at least after the curse put upon them by The Empress.
Skittish at the first meeting with the Albatrio, Aslana seems to have a fear of The Empress, a powerful woman who cursed the sisters and turned the island to stone after attempting to break into their father's resting temple. Along with her remaining family, she was cursed to transform into monsters at the woman's will and had a constant bloodlust for human flesh. Aslana satiated this by eating a lot of fish.
When she begins to feel comfortable with the three pirates who promised to free her and her sisters along with the island, she tries to give them as much information as possible and brings them snacks before their formal meeting with The Empress. After the island is saved, she even hand-makes sea glass necklaces imbued with magic powers for the three to wear. Her and Gillion grow especially close during his time on Desire Island, him seeking her out to make sure she was alright after the defeat of The Empress, talking with her often, making a woven bracelet with Pretzel for her to wear, and letting her play around with Pretzel before going to sleep. Almost taking a little sister and older brother role until the Albatrio's departure.
In Episode 87: Swimming in Circles, Aslana catches onto Ollie's hook while he is fishing and boards the Albatross with her mother, Ashlynn. Aslana reveals that she has the ability to transform her fish tail into human legs for a limited period of time. When on the ship, she immediately embraces Chip and Gillion in a hug and rushes to comfort a lamenting Jay. Aslana and her mother converse with the captains and crew, discussing her upbringing, notably that her mother was absent for a majority of her childhood. In addition to that, she mentions the reuniting of her and her mother through the encouragement of Maria as well as her newly discovered status as a princess.
