Captain Monsoon has golden hair, a pointy mustache and goatee, and a slender face.
Personality[]
He seems to be curious, not fighting the Riptide Pirates despite knowing they were pirates and playing along with Jay’s claim that she was undercover while not fully believing her. Cedric describes him to be not as terrible as other R.A.F.T. captains, possibly implying he is kinder and more respectful, or more competent.
Background/History[]
Captain Monsoon first appears in Episode 87: Swimming in Circles when Chip, Gillion, and Ollie encounter him in the Viridis Sea's C-Mart. There, he was buying information from Salt, the owner of the location, while mentoring Cedric.
