Background/History[]
Clorten was a poor man who one day left on his rowboat to get groceries for his family. Somewhere along his trek, he ran into a giant gambling boat called the Blue Royale Casino and fell victim to its magic. He unknowingly spent the following 10 years gambling and betting there for riches. When Mr. Daice was finally defeated by him and the Riptide Pirates and the magic was lifted, he pimped his new rowboat out and called it the Rows Royce before sailing back to his family.

- Seemingly an improvised-weapon fighter, Clorten mostly uses briefcases to fight that he pulls from a pocket dimension in another briefcase that works like a Bag of Holding.
