Doppler is part-human, part-rat, with more rat features than his cousin Runt. He has gray hair and is slightly on the heavier side. Doppler wears a vest jacket.

During the Events of Wonderlust[]
In Episode 1: One Man's Trash, Doppler teased his cousin Runt throughout her attempts to convince Pinch to allow her to join a Streetrats heist to the surface for medicine. Doppler frequently pretended to not know Runt, irritating her, and feigned death when she stabbed him with a retractable blade. After Runt was in on the mission and prepared to go to the surface, Doppler warned her against investigating the Clockwork Soldiers because of the risk that doing so would prevent her from being able to return to Reclaim. At the surface, Doppler offered Runt his vest to protect against the cold.

As her elder, Doppler seems to have a particular care for Runt's health and safety, being one of the members of the Streetrats who has been reluctant to allow Runt to join in on the Streetrats' heists and other dangerous activities. Doppler also warned Runt of the risks of poking around on the surface and offered her his vest to protect against the cold of Wonder.
