"Zuen, surely this is not the future you foresaw." -Elotl

Description[]

Appearance[]

When possessing Terran, Elotl is described as wearing a dark green vest, a white undershirt going down to his forearms, clothy pants bunched up around the knee, and many necklaces. In this form, Elotl still pretends to be Terran.

When Terran is no longer trapped by the blight, his body is described as moving like a marionette under Elotl's control. He fights with red daggers and magical darkness.

After Terran's body is defeated, a red slit appears across his back and steam rises out. The terrain transforms into a volcano although Elotl is not immune to lava. A massive scorpion made of a gold alloy crawls out of the body. Elotl, the scorpion, has an exoskeleton covered in razors. Instead of a scorpion's stinger, his tail is a snake.

After Elotl's defeat in his final form, Terran's body remains but has been shattered into pieces and transformed into light.

Elotl's severed mandibles are stolen by Thanatos to decorate his ax.

Personality[]

Elotl is described as prideful, arrogant, and toxic. He proves that he's too fast to be hit by doing a little scorpion dance.

Background/History[]

In religious lore, Elotl is known to be a "woman's man" and is rarely on the mortal plane unless something is wong.

The godslayers find Elotl in a hidden room filled with weapons and treasure, guarded by possessed adventurers.

Elotl's motivations are hinted at when he tells Peter Sqloint that "You've had it too good for too long."

Trivia[]

Elotl's name may also be punctuated as Elot'l or E'lotl. [2]
