Anyone is free to edit or create pages, however there are a few rules and recommendations to ensure the organization and accuracy of the wiki.
- All contributions to any page should contain objective, true information about JRWI content. This means opinions, fan-content, or unrelated content should not be included in edits and will be deleted.
- When making an edit or page, try to follow the structure and formatting of other similar pages and edits. Many older Riptide pages reflect the ideal formats for new content.
- Citations never hurt. If you're referencing events of an episode, you can simply mention the episode the events occur in using the format: In Episode #: Episode Title, or otherwise similarly mention Episode #: Episode Title. A thorough citation can be inserted using Fandom Wiki's cite feature and include timestamps and episode links.
- If you have any questions, leave a comment, make a discussion, or contact Wiki Admins directly through User:Talk pages.
- For more information about the structure styles of specific pages and their intended use, look through the Table of Contents for this page!

Common Pages
Campaign Pages
Pages created to act as navigation to campaign-specific content. Campaign Pages will primarily be created by Administrators, however fans can create Campaign Pages if an administrator has not already done so. All campaign pages will follow the same or similar structure.
To create this type of page:
- Create a new page titled "Just Roll With It: Campaign Name"
- Copy over the source code from the Guideline: Campaign Page
- Reference the campaign pages for existing campaigns as a guide for ideal descriptions, or see how the campaign is described in the Just Roll With It Official Site.
Character Pages
Pages created to collect information on a specific character. Character Pages are the most important on the wiki, supplying a majority of the information users search for. As such, a good structure and quality information is key to creating a good character page. Character pages will follow similar structures with some variations between campaigns.
Character pages for minor characters do not need a Character History page and thus should not use the Character Tabs template, however, the guideline page will automatically include this.
To create this type of page:
- Create a new page titled after the character's name that is most recognizable. This could be a nickname instead of the character's full name. If a character has a last name, include the last name.
- Copy over the source code from the proper Campaign Character Guideline Page.
- Fill out the page with correct information. Wherever necessary or beneficial, include citations to timestamps of episodes or just mention the episode. Episode mentions are especially useful to provide a time reference and make it easier for a user to track down when or how something occurred.
- Reference existing character pages as a guide for ideal descriptions.
